Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original tags.

How to Return

  1. Email us at service@blushlane.co with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review your request and send you the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship your item using a tracked delivery service — we recommend Royal Mail Tracked
  4. Email us your tracking number so we can monitor the return

Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged on arrival).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at service@blushlane.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping in these cases and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
