How long is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:

1. Processing time: Within 1 working day of placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Your parcel will then be prepared for dispatch.
2. Shipping time: United Kingdom: 5–15 working days*

Shipping is handled by YunExpress.

*All delivery times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Chinese New Year.

What does shipping cost?
We offer our customers free premium worldwide shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage to your parcel.

Where is my package?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, shipments may be split into multiple parcels.

My tracking number doesn’t work?
